Massage 1-2 pumps onto dry skin, remove with the dampened Dual-Effect Cloth, then follow with your serum and moisturiser. You can also pair it with Light Work Rosehip Cleansing Oil as a double cleanse: Light Work first to dissolve heavy makeup and SPF, then Middlemist Seven to deep-cleanse and condition. How often should I use Middlemist Seven? For most skin types we recommend cleansing with Middlemist Seven in the morning and evening. If you have very sensitive skin, it's best to keep your routine as simple as possible and cleanse just once a day in the evening. Can I remove the cleanser without the cloth? Not effectively. Because Middlemist Seven is 100% detergent-free, it won't emulsify with water and rinse off the way a surfactant cleanser does. The included Dual-Effect Face Cloth is integral to how it works: the muslin side provides gentle mechanical exfoliation and lifts dissolved impurities, while the soft terry side does a final sweep for delicate areas like around the eyes.
