Who operates this directory
Man Stuff is operated by The DMA. Privacy and support requests can be sent to [email protected].
Public listing data
Listings may use public business, location and contact information. We provide correction and claim routes so details can be kept accurate.
Forms and service logs
Correction, claim and enquiry forms may process the listing URL, name, email, role, message, timestamps and security information needed to answer the request, prevent abuse and keep listings accurate.
Retention
We keep operational records only as long as needed for service, legal, safety and anti-spam purposes. Requests for access, correction or removal can be sent through the contact route.
Google advertising and analytics
Where Google advertising or analytics technology is enabled, cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers may be used to measure usage, prevent abuse, deliver ads and report performance. Third parties, including Google, may place or read cookies in the browser or use web beacons and IP addresses as a result of ad serving on this website.

Your search region
A network country or browser locale suggests your search country; you can change it manually. “Use my location” asks for permission and sends rounded coordinates to BigDataCloud to find your approximate town. We do not store the coordinates. Local price estimates use ECB reference rates; checkout billing currency is stated separately.
Distances, maps and your starting point
Location permission is requested only when you choose Use my location. Device coordinates are rounded and sent in the request body to this directory for the current nearby search; we do not save them as a location preference or include them in page URLs. A typed town or postcode is resolved using a locally held GeoNames dataset. Listing pins and distances are approximate area-centre estimates, not verified premises positions or route distances. Unresolved listings remain available in ordinary list search.
Map view loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives the network request and requested map area. Get directions opens Google Maps with the listing’s public address or area; Google’s privacy notice applies there. Area data: GeoNames (CC BY). Map data: OpenStreetMap contributors.
