I have both Brushblack and the other brand and was surprised by the comparison. It would have to take something really special to make me switch from Mac. Shade Name: Brushbrown I've tried so many brands of eyeliner pen and this is by far the best. Beautifully soft and flexible brush tip. I find it works especially effectively now that my eyelid skin isn't as young and smooth as it once was. Brown also not ageing unlike black, so pleased it comes in brown option. I used it every day and it lasted me 6 months and the colour was bold and lasted all day. The precision tip allows the wing to be very sharp which is what I look for in a liner. 10/10 recommend Shade Name: Brushblack I bought this eyeliner with high hopes, it's my first Mac product and I had heard the quality is good. The price is on the high end for an eyeliner therefore I thought I was up for a treat. Unfortunately the eyeliner doesn't last more than a couple of hours without smudging. It will melt at the first contact with sweat. I tried to clear away the smudge from the my bottom lid with some water and I was left covered with a black stain over my face that ended up on my white top too. Had so much trouble trying to get the product out and when I did manage to, it was like there was nothing in the pen. What I did manage to get out ended up smudging slightly a few hours later, something I've never experienced with my urban decay liner. Sadly I won't be repurchasing. I ordered this "brushstroke 24-Hour" this time since the pink package is attracting and I assumed it would have same (at least similar effect as the LIQUIDLAST one. However, really dissappointing, not long lasting and not even anti water, and extremely bad during this hot weather. Look like a panda just after one or two hours in the sun. Shade Name: Brushbrown As a positive the actual brushpen is nice to use. However, the colour is watery and so it is hard to get a definitive line. It also doesn't dry for AGES so it smudges incredibly easily. Those things together mean you might as well not bother! Very disappointing for a premium product.
