Once or twice a week is ideal for most people. Can it help with dry skin? Yes. Regular exfoliation removes the dead skin cells that can make skin feel rough or look dull. Following with a body oil or moisturiser helps lock that softness in. Should I exfoliate before shaving or self-tan? Yes to both. Before shaving, it creates a smoother surface for a closer result. Before self-tan , use Body Smooth around 24 hours ahead of application for the most even finish. Is it suitable for sensitive skin? Body Smooth is made with nourishing botanical oils and sea salts. If you have particularly sensitive skin, we'd recommend patch testing before use. Should I wear SPF after exfoliating? If you're spending time outdoors, yes. A broad-spectrum SPF is a good habit after exfoliating. Can I use Body Smooth all year round? Absolutely. It works just as well on dry winter skin as it does for summer prep.
