Aromatics in Black Eau De Parfum Spray

I wanted some new perfume and as I'd always liked Aromatics I noted this fragrance and Aromatics in White, on the John Lewis app - on sale. I visited my nearest store and a Sales Lady sprayed a sample of both Black - and White on to separate sample cards for me. At home over a few days I decided I liked both fragrances very much, and as I'd been gifted some money - I ordered both on line. Even at sale price they were both considered purchases so I was very disappointed to discover that even with a generous spray of either they both only last for a few hours. There is not even a remnant of an aroma on my clothes. This is so surprising as the aroma on both sample cards lingered for more than a week. Is it possible Clinique perfume testers in store contain a more concentrated perfume ? In the past my other Clinique perfumes such as Happy have lasted much longer as have Estée Lauder fragrances ( from the same company ) - I can still smell them the next day as well as on my skin. I do like the fragrance but could not justify a re purchase or recommend. The smell only lasted 10mins so by time I got into my car needed to spray again Product won't last long if need to respray constantly. The perfume is devise and gorgeous, but doesn't last at all! I sprayed it on my wrist, and 5 mins later I couldn't even smell it!! I asked others in case it was just me, and nobody else could either. I've spent ages looking for nice perfume and this is it. It's gorgeous. It's feminine. It's just amazing. This is one of my favourite perfumes. It smells incredible, and don't need to put a lot on. Will last all day. Will definitely buy this again and recommend to others! I have a received a couple samples of this fragrance and I am absolutely in love with the it! It's quite spicy but also very fresh. The fragrance also lasts for several hours. For many years I have used one perfume. I used this perfume because I could not actually smell it on me but received a lot of compliments. I have found if I can smell the perfume I often start with sinus. I received a sample of Aromatics in Black and wow I love it, better still I can smell the perfume and it does not trigger of sinus hence will be buying a bottle. It is longlasting, just as you'd expect from a Clinique fragrance, and it is something a bit unusual, just as you'd expect from the Aromatics range. I wasn't sure about it initially - I am such a devotee of the original Aromatics Elixir that a perfume has to be rather special for me to wear it regularly. The first notes of this fragrance are quite unusual (on me, anyway) and hard to identify but soon there are exotic florals, and then a lovely complexity develops, with a depth and richness that is very pleasing.
