Really like this cleanser, it's so gentle at removing makeup there's no rubbing at all and no need to use another product - keeps evening routine easy! Leaves my skin feeling really clean. I prefer following with water on a face cloth to make sure it's all off afterwards. Finish with moisture surge overnight mask. This cleanser is beautiful. It does not strip the skin, my skin is very sensitive, the cleanser is nice and hydrating and cleans beautifully. This cleanser is beautiful, creamy and great for my skin, but- like so many other reviews have said, it's ridiculously hard to get the product out! I would love to continue using it but sadly I won't purchase again unless more user friendly packaging is introduced, I just don't have the time or the energy to waste on trying to get it out of the container. I resorted to adding water to it to make it thinner so I could get it out, but obviously that's not ideal. So I'm searching for another cleanser that's as good as this, but can be removed from the container easily! I only started using this product when the amazing Take the Day Off Make Up Remover was discontinued. This product is not a "milk"! It is nigh on impossible to get this product out of the bottle it comes in. I leave the bottle upside down, but it still takes absolutely ages to get even a small amount out of it, and I can only manage to do that if I bang and smash the bottle against a hard surface multiple times. I have now resorted to decanting the product into my own pump bottle, which is an extremely lengthy, noisy and messy process, and is a process that I should not have to do with a premium brand such as Clinique. The consistency of the product is terrible, and the bottle it comes in is not fit for purpose. Please please please bring back the much missed and brilliant Take the Day Off Make Up Remover. Not only was it actually a milk, but the pump dispenser was also brilliant. Please start listening to your customers. Until now, Clinique has been the only skincare brand that I have used for many years, but I am now trying cleansers from other brands, as a result of how bad this cleanser and its bottle is. I love this make-up remover. It's so kind to my sensitive skin. Sadly, even when full and kept upside down, I can't get the liquid out of the bottle! If you would like further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service team with details of your experience at https://www.clinique.co.uk/customer-care/help-topics I have suffered from dry eyes with other products cheap or expensive, the water also irritates my eyes, however got this as a miniature and weirdly my dry eyes are 75 percent better I assume the product is slightly coating the eye area protecting them from allergens, my dry skin patches are healing as I suffer from multiple allergies have reduced to near nothing in a week I've now ordered the large bottle and this product as a game changer for dry skin and cleanser with or without water I can't thank Clinique enough as before this even dust and animal fur in the air irritated my eyes now my eyes are coping bring on a body wash to match for dry skin It's virtually impossible to get the milk out! I leave the bottle upside down all the time with the lid off, this doesn't work. I shake it I thump it, in total dispair! The product itself is nice, but I will never buy it again, as it has caused so much anger!!! Regards Joanna It is near impossible to get the product out of the bottle! I ended up washing out a soap dispenser with a pump and transferred the product to that! It might be good for the environment but why have you stopped using pumps? We have recently repackaged the Facial Liquid Soap cleansers to be more sustainable, the pump was not recyclable, so has sadly been removed. The cleanser itself is not bad, though i much prefer the "Take the day off" make up remover" However the bottle is useless. I couldn't get the cream out of it even when it was new, I have had to turn it upside down, take the flip lid off, and bash it hard onto my hand to get anything out. Absolute disaster, I won't have it again, even if its on free offer.. The decision to remove the pump on some of our cleansers was part of our sustainability campaign (as they were unfortunately non-recyclable) but thank you so much for feeding this back to us for consideration regarding future product designs. It claims to be make up remover, but doesn't remove well at all. I tried to remove Clinique zero gravity, Foundation- barely clean skin. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend, unless used to clean bare skin.
